This lower mandible of a wooly mammoth was discovered just south of Kotzebue in June of this year. It measures 17 1/2 inches in width and 16 inches from front to back. Both teeth are fully intact within the jaw and are in perfect condition. Each tooth is 7 1/4 inch long and 2 3/4 inch wide on the surface. Total weight is exactly 20 pounds. Asking price is $1,500.
