ENACTMENT OF ORDINANCES

INTRODUCTION OF ORDINANCES

1.            Ordinance 04-05            an ordinance of the Northwest Arctic Borough Assembly authorizing formation of village planning committees and for related purposes.

RESOLUTIONS

1.            Resolution 04-24            a resolution of the Northwest Arctic Borough

Assembly authorizing the quitclaim of borough interests in certain real

 Property in Noorvik and for related purposes.

2.          Resolution 04-25        a resolution of the Northwest Arctic Borough Assembly authorizing the conveyance of borough property to the City of Ambler for communuty sanitation improvements and for related purposes.

3.            Resolution 04-26            a resolution of the Northwest Arctic Borough Assembly accepting FY 2005 Alaska Coastal Management program funding from the State of Alaska, Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED)) for amending the borough’s coastal management plan and for related purposes.

4.            Resolution 04-27            a resolution of the Northwest Arctic Borough assembly granting a public utility easement to the City of Shungnak and for related purposes.

5.            Resolution 04-28            a resolution of the northwest arctic borough assembly authorizing the renewal of an existing right of entry and land use permit to uic construction for use of borough property to store construction materials and for related purposes.

6.            Resolution 04-29            a resolution of the northwest arctic borough assembly authorizing the mayor to execute a professional services contract with glenn gray and associates to prepare the borough’s coastal management plan amendment and for related purposes.

7.            Resolution 04-30            a resolution of the Northwest Arctic Borough Assembly authorizing the submittal of a municipal land selection map for processing by the State of Alaska Department of Natural Resources and for related purposes.

8.            Resolution 04-31            a resolution of the Northwest Arctic Borough assembly authorizing the mayor to execute  an amendment to the existing planning assistance  to states agreement (pas) between the City of K+ivalina, the Kivalina IRA, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers,  and the borough, for additional planning and design work  for Kivalina relocation, and for related purposes.
