 1. Ordinance 04-02 an ordinance of the Northwest Arctic Borough

Assembly establishing standards for disposal of refuse, human body waste and chemicals.

2. Ordinance 04-03 an  ordinance  of  the  Northwest  Arctic Borough

Assembly providing for the establishment and adoption of the line item budget for the Fiscal Year 2005.

3.            Ordinance 03-06am 04        an  ordinance  of  the  Northwest  Arctic Borough Assembly providing for the establishment and adoption of the line item budget amendment for the fiscal year 2004.

G.            RESOLUTIONS

1.            Resolution 04-10          a resolution of the Northwest Arctic Borough Assembly authorizing a contract for services with KPMG LLP as the borough auditors and for related purposes.

2.            Resolution 04-11            a resolution of the Northwest Arctic Borough Assembly, authorizing a professional services contract with Lori Henry to perform key planning and coordination of the 2005 arctic economic development summit and for related purposes.

3.            Resolution 04-12            a resolution of the Northwest Arctic Borough Assembly authorizing a contract for services with Judith A. Hassinger as the Borough Treasurer and for related purposes.

4.            Resolution 04-13 a resolution of the Northwest Arctic Borough Assembly authorizing a contract for legal services and for related purposes.

5.  Resolution 04-14  a resolution of the Northwest Arctic Borough Assembly

authorizing the mayor to execute a contract with TRC for the purpose of performing

borough office exterior painting, and for related purposes.

6.            Resolution 04-15            a resolution of the Northwest Arctic Borough Assembly authorizing management of litigation and for related purposes.

7.            Resolution 04-16            a resolution of the Northwest Arctic Borough Assembly to approve a contract for consulting services and for related purposes.
