ENACTMENT OF ORDINANCES

Ordinance 05-01      an ordinance of the Northwest Arctic Borough Assembly proposing amendments to the borough code relating to conveyances of real property for public benefit and for related purposes.

INTRODUCTION OF ORDINANCES

Ordinance 05-02             an ordinance of the Northwest Arctic Borough Assembly proposing amendments to the borough code relating to the procurement process and for related purposes.

Ordinance  05-03            an ordinance of the Northwest Arctic Borough Assembly establishing land use regulations to conform to requirements of the national flood insurance program and for related purposes.

RESOLUTIONS

1.            Resolution 05-07            a resolution of the Northwest Arctic Borough Assembly to adopt the results of the population count for the Northwest Arctic Borough prepared by the state demographer of the department of labor and workforce development.

2.            Resolution 05-08            a resolution authorizing the Northwest Arctic Borough to issue general obligation refunding bonds, 2005 series a in the principal amount of not to exceed $15,000,000 to refund certain outstanding general obligation bonds of the borough, fixing certain details of such bonds and authorizing their sale.

3.            Resolution 05-09            a resolution of the Northwest Arctic Borough Assembly concerning participation in the national flood insurance program and for related purposes.

4.            Resolution 05-10            a resolution of the Northwest Arctic Borough to re-authorize retaining a bond underwriter and financial analyst on a sole source basis and for related purposes.
