Beatrice Lisbourne

A doll designer and seamstress supreme, Bea features the furs of Arctic animals in her unique creations. Each is a monument to her extraordinary cultural heritage. The singularly elegant ivory faces and accessories that compliment her work are fashioned by her husband, Donald Ferguson, who received the Highest Honor in Carving at the 2001 Arctic Celebration of the Arts.

As testimony to the beauty of her art, Bea’s dolls are especially prized by the residents of the Northwest Arctic region.
